1. Custom Agent Pas 

Every employee who has been approved to deal with the customs department must apply for a custom agent pass.

Customs agent pass must be worn at all times when dealing with the department as directed by the customs.

The validity period of the pass is within the same period as the approval period as a customs agent and must be renewed together when submitting a renewal application.

Please note that the pass application must be submitted at the SFAA office while the agent permit renewal application and the application for additional staff dealing with the department must be submitted at the customs office.

The documents that need to be submitted are as follows :

1. Application Form (Given by SFAA – must be completed in 3 copies)
2. 3 Copies of Identity Card – IC (Front & Back)
3. 3 recent passport size photographs (blue/white background)
4. 1 letter of application (Refer example given)
5. 1 copy of Approval letter of Customs Agent’s License OR Lampiran E
6. 1 copy of KEK/KEP certificate

 

Incomplete application will not be processed

 

Fee :

MEMBER of SFAA – RM15 per pass/year

NON MEMBER – RM25 per pass/year
